SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.
Average arrival time is 5-16 days after dispatch.

Return & Refund Policy:
The Company does not accept returns or refunds on any giveaway (pay for shipping only) products once the product is delivered to the carrier.
We hope you are delighted with your purchase; however, should you wish to return your order for return & refund, please note we will accept returns sent back within 14 days of receipt of your order. Refund policy applies to ordinary purchases. Refunds concerning transactions carried out on giveaway terms (pay for shipping only) are not accepted.
Please ensure the item(s) to be returned are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie - we will not accept returns on lingerie and swimwear that have been damaged or worn. We cannot accept returns on opened packs of hosiery.

- Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
- Regulations and Restrictions:
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order, the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If the product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
- How to return your order
Please contact our Customer Care team who can help you further with your return. Bevaria.co will refund postage up to the value of your outbound shipping charge, upon request and with valid proof of posting.
Any unauthorized order returned to the warehouse will be returned to the sender.
Please note due to high volume orders in our warehouse, there may be a delay processing your return. We will endeavor to get your return processed as soon as possible. Our customer service support team is here to help should you require any further assistance.
